Background Information
The Botoku Resettlement community is located in the Kpando District of the Volta Region. The area is of Semi forest and Grass land. The soil type of the area is a Mixture of clay and gravel.
It has a population of about Four hundred and Ninety-two (492) people. The ethnic distribution of the community is made up of Ewes. Religiously, all the people in the community are Christians. The occupations of the people are farming, petty trading and stone quarrying. The community celebrates the Yam festival.
